Taylor Strategos

Taylor Strategos is a passionate educator from Bakersfield, CA, currently in her second year of teaching and her fourth year in the classroom. Achievements aren't unfamiliar to Taylor; she is proud of graduating valedictorian from high school and earning her Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology with the highest honors from UC Santa Barbara. Taylor is dedicated to fostering a love for learning in her students by making education fun and relevant, ensuring they acquire skills beyond the classroom. At REACH, Taylor appreciates the strong community created for both staff and students. She believes that REACH provides unique opportunities for students to create lasting memories through events like the house system and expos. She loves how REACH promotes student-driven learning through hands-on activities and collaboration. Taylor is committed to cultivating a positive and supportive classroom environment where every student feels welcome and valued. Outside of teaching, Taylor enjoys playing pickleball, reading thrilling novels, and drawing. She is a lifelong learner who continually seeks to grow in all areas of her life. She is excited to build meaningful relationships with her students while making a difference in their lives.
