We provide walk home passes for students in 3rd-6th grades and their siblings. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

At REACH, we prioritize the safety and security of our scholars and staff while fostering a welcoming environment for parents and visitors. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following visitor policy:
To check lost & found:
Sign In: All visitors must sign in at the front office upon arrival.
Visitor Pass: After signing in, visitors will receive a visitor pass, which must be worn at all times while on campus.
Visiting Hours: Visitors are welcome on campus between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
In-session visitor policy:
Livescan Requirement: All individuals wishing to visit campus during a school session must complete a Livescan background check. This process is essential for maintaining a safe environment for our scholars. Once the livescan is approved, the following steps apply.
Sign In: All visitors must sign in at the front office upon arrival.

- TK-K: Pick-up between 7:46 AM and 2:15 PM counts as a tardy
- 1st - 3rd Grade: Pick-up between 7:52 AM and 2:30 PM counts as a tardy
- 4th - 6th Grade: Pick-up between 7:51 AM and 2:45 PM counts as a tardy
- *3 Absences and/or Tardies and/or Early Releases = Truancy*
At 2:30 PM, you are not allowed to pick up child via offic, you must use carline pickup.
At REACH, we value the support and contributions of our volunteers. To ensure the safety and well-being of our students and staff, we have established the following volunteer policy:
Livescan Requirement: All individuals wishing to volunteer must complete a Livescan background check. This process is essential for maintaining a safe environment for our students. REACH livescan forms are available in the front office. You may also download a copy linked here.
Notification: Once we receive your Livescan results, you will be contacted regarding your volunteer status and any upcoming opportunities.
