Brooke Tolson
3rd Grade Teacher (Team Lead)
After graduating from Pepperdine University, Ms. Brooke Tolson began her teaching career in a 50/50 English and Spanish dual-immersion program. She then spent two years abroad in Madrid, Spain, teaching English, enriching her global perspective on education. Upon returning to California, Brooke joined the REACH family as a third-grade teacher, where she has dedicated the past three years to inspiring her students.
From the moment she stepped on campus, Brooke knew REACH was a special place that felt like home. She describes the community as incredible—filled with amazing, kind, caring, and welcoming individuals. Her favorite part of her job is her students, who make each day exciting and fulfilling while motivating her to be her best.
Outside of the classroom, Brooke enjoys reading, embarking on adventurous activities, scrapbooking, and creating lasting memories. She is committed to maintaining her fluency in Spanish and aspires to further her education at Columbia University's Teachers College, with the goal of earning an EdD in Curriculum and Teaching. Ultimately, after many years in the classroom, her dream is to start a school abroad, combining her passion for education with her love for diverse cultures.
