Mrs. Lyons has been a dedicated educator since 2008, beginning her career at a Christian school in West Los Angeles. After ten fulfilling years, she transitioned to KIPP Empower Academy, a charter school in South Los Angeles. Following her family’s move to Riverside, she has had the pleasure of joining the wonderful REACH family, where she has found a supportive community. At REACH, Mrs. Lyons appreciates the balance between a rigorous academic curriculum and social activities that foster both individual and collaborative learning while helping students develop essential life skills. She believes that scholars thrive when their school day is enriched with diverse, age-appropriate learning activities and methodologies. Outside the classroom, Mrs. Lyons enjoys traveling to warm tropical destinations and relaxing on the beach. She is committed to continuing her teaching journey, utilizing her skills to mold and cultivate the young leaders of our future.
