Janet Wen

Janet Ahmadzai has been a dedicated third-grade teacher since 2022. She began her educational journey at Chaffey Community College and later graduated from California State University, Long Beach. After completing her student teaching at REACH, Janet felt inspired to join the REACH family permanently. Her favorite aspect of teaching is engaging in inquiry-based discussions with her scholars, fostering a classroom environment where curiosity thrives. Janet finds the scholars at REACH to be exceptional; they arrive eager to learn and are enthusiastic participants who match her energy. Outside of the classroom, Janet enjoys going to the movies and taking walks with her dog, Lucy. She is committed to maintaining her morning walk routine and aspires to share her knowledge and experiences with future teachers, helping them grow in their teaching careers.
