Annual Spring Performance
Join us for food, music, and REACH fun on Friday, April 18 from 3-7 PM! Pick up your wristbands before the event, from April 14-17.
What is REACHELLA?
REACHELLA is our annual Spring Performance Fundraiser event. The event will continue to showcase our talented students and teachers while fundraising for our school. Teachers will look to some of music's and film's biggest hits as their inspiration.
Due to capacity restrictions, tickets will be sold for performances 1 and 2. If you wish to attend both performances, there is an extra fee. General admission gives you access to the inside of the event and ONE show. Special admission gives you access to the inside of the event and BOTH shows. Please bring your Eventbrite ticket available via the app, email, or printed ticket to the office between April 14-17 before the event to receive your wristband. We will also have a will-call section of our welcome table on the day of the event.

The winner takes half of the total amount raised for this raffle. Come by the office to purchase and check out other raffle items on display. Purchase now or on the day of the event.
There wil also be raffle drawings that will begin at the start of the event and continue throughout the evening. You can purchase your tickets the day of at check in. You don't want to miss out on the new and exciting prizes we have this year.

There will be two shuttles running every 15 minutes. Please plan accordingly to make sure you allow enough time to arrive before the shows begin.
Student Drop Off/Pick Up
Teachers will give students a wristband on Friday to wear when they return to check in for their performances.
TK-2nd: Scholars check in 3:30
3rd-6th: Scholars check in 5:15
*An authorized adult must pick up scholar(s) from the classrooms after the performance is over.
Chino Tacos:
- Meats: al pastor, chicken, asada, potato
- Condiments: salsa, onions, cilantro, and lemons
- Forms of payment: Zelle or Cash
Bliss BBQ:
- Items: hamburger, hot links, hot dogs (ALL BEEF)
- No pork except for hot dogs wrapped in bacon and a few brats (kept separately)
- Condiments: ketchup, mustard, relish, BBQ sauce
- Side: macaroni, potato salad, chips (maybe baked beans)
- Forms of payment: Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Cash
REACH Student Store
- Items: chips, candy, drinks
- Forms of payment: Cash and Credit Cards
FAQs
ALL GUESTS MUST PURCHASE A GENERAL ADMISSION FOR ENTRY. There are no discounts for arriving late to the event.
Our Spring Performance is open to all ages! There is a general admission ticket for ALL guests. Any children 3 years or younger who will sit on a lap qualify for a free Lap Seat. REACH students are free.
If you choose to purchase a general admission ticket so that your infant or child 3 years or under has his/her own seat, please make sure to purchase that through our Eventbrite system. We will have a will-call method of distributing wristbands before at the welcome table.
If you choose to have your infant on your lap (at no additional charge), the infant/child will not need a general admission ticket; however, you will need to obtain a Lap Seat Eventbrite ticket for the child. Make sure to claim a free ticket through our Eventbrite system or on the day of the event. We will have a will-call method of distributing wristbands at the welcome table.
The main school lot will be closed off for the event. We ask our guests to be kind to our neighbors and be mindful of any location that requires fees or reserved places; areas are subject to citations, towing, or both. REACH Leadership STEAM Academy does not make themselves responsible for any fees or citations our guests incur.
A REACH-sponsored shuttle will be in operation during the event. Please allow for extra time to and from the pickup location. A free shuttle will be provided from 2:15-8 PM with pick up at the Metrolink UCR/Hunter Station.
No outside food or beverages are allowed. The performances are outdoors, so please be prepared for outdoor conditions.
We will be having food vendors as follows Chino Tacos, BBQ from Bliss Catering, Kona Ice, and the REACH Student Store.
The REACH houses will host a variety of activities. In the past, the houses have hosted temporary tattoos, pie throwing, obstacle courses, and so much more. To participate in activities, you must purchase tickets beforehand. The tickets are sold in $1 increments, and will be for purchase in the front office and during the event in the kinder wing. There will also be a game room for older kids available.
We may also have other vendors advertising their products and/or services. Their payment methods will vary.
We recommend guests bring cash, debit, and credit cards. The location will not have an ATM.
All sales are final. REACH Leadership STEAM Academy is not responsible for lost tickets.
Please try to bring your ticket to the office to pick up your wristband between April 14-17. You can print the ticket or have it on the Eventbrite app or through email confirmation. Your ticket will have a unique QR code to be scanned for entry. No one will be admitted without a wristband. Codes cannot be checked more than once.
Yes, the ticket or registration does not have to match the person who attends.
Yes, you can purchase tickets through the Front Office between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and during after-school hours. Ticket sales from the Front Office will end on Thursday, April 17. Ticket sales will resume at the start of the event.
A limited number of tickets will be available on the day of the event.
